The maintenance of automobile hardware mold standard parts is extremely meticulous work. Each damaged automobile hardware mold standard parts needs careful maintenance and maintenance, so as to achieve our expected effect and extend the service life of the mold.

According to the nature of the process: a. Punching die: along the closed or open outline of the material to produce separation of the die. Such as blanking die, punching die, cutting die, incision die, cutting die, cutting die, etc. b. Bending die: Die that causes blank or other blank to bend and deform along a straight line (bending line) to obtain a workpiece of a certain Angle and shape. c. Deep drawing die: It is a die for making blank sheet metal into open hollow parts, or making hollow parts further change shape and size.

The main component of the automobile die is the covering die. This kind of mold is mainly cold die. In a broad sense, "automobile mold" is a general term for the manufacture of all parts of the automobile mold. For example, stamping mold, injection mold, forging mold, casting wax mold, glass mold and so on.

Special-shaped spring manufacturers are due to the small process content, small curved cheek, particularly complex workpiece, but also need shape forming. Therefore, it is necessary to form the molded core and forming surface, and the forming conditions of the mold structure are very large.
